I have taken approximately one hundred cases to trial. I do both complex business and real estate trials as well as traditional personal injury, medical malpractice and insurance bad faith trials. My experience in trial has led to a "no-nonsense" approach to case preparation and motion practice. I avoid the paper war mentality because I know what is necessary in the court room.
